70th Annual Halloween Parade Volunteer Form

Crowd Crew Volunteer Duties: This is a physically active position that requires facilitating smooth pedestrian traffic flow throughout the parade route, monitoring the audience, and discourage street crossing on the parade route. Effective crowd control is critical to a safe and well-run event. May be asked to provide directions, i.e. to bathroom, concessions, Line-Up Volunteer Duties: You will be provided a map of all the parade entries and where they are to line-up. You will just assist them in directing them on where to go. Registration Volunteer Duties: You will help check-in participants and hand them their float number that they are to post visibly on their float for the judges to see as they pass by. You should park at the LDS Stake building at 705 W Walnut St, Independence, MO 64050. Clean-Up Volunteer Duties: You will help clean the streets along the parade route immediately following the parade.
