DESCRIPTION:Come join us in celebrating the ribbon cutting for Speaks Suburban Chapel. The Ribbon Cutting portion will be at 5:15 pm then remarks from the Mayor of Independence and Bob Speaks. Bob was instrumental in the creation of this chapel.  Speaks is pleased to have just updated and remodeled their chapel\, which has helped so many in our community.  There will be refreshments and hor d'oeuvres served by Ophelia's.
