DESCRIPTION:Our luncheon at Arrowhead Stadium in 2015 was one of our best-attended events. So\, we are doing it again! Be sure to join us for the Monthly Membership Luncheon at Arrowhead Stadium.\n\n\n\nOur speaker this month is Shawn Barber\, former NFL linebacker who played for the Kansas City Chiefs 2003-2005.\n\n\n\nWe will also be offering a tour of the Arrowhead Stadium immediately after the luncheon for $10. Sign up today!\n\n\n\nWe must have an attendee count by Wednesday\, August 10th!\n\n\n\nBio: Shawn Barber was born in Richmond\, Virginia and was a standout linebacker for the Richmond Spiders. He was selected on the first team all Yankee-Conference\, which dissolved after that year. As a senior\, he was elected as the Atlantic-10 Conference Defensive Player of the year. After being selected 113th overall by the Washington Redskins in the 1998 draft\, he played in all 16 games his rookie year. He later went on to play three seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs with a spectacular year in 2003\, when he helped lead the 13-3 Chiefs to the playoffs recording his personal best in both tackles and sacks.\n\n\n\nShawn is a big advocate in the Chiefs Ambassadors program\, and dedicates a lot of his time to helping many people in the Kansas City community and is always smiling. Barber currently resides in Stillwell\, Kansas with his wife Nicole and their six children.
