With a field focus on branding and customer support to accredited businesses.  For 28 years he has worked for the Catholic church\, a Facilities Assistant\, an Event Coordinator\, and a Wedding Coordinator.  These four fields have driven RIchard's ideals for business\, a "Build to Win" attitude. "Building your business from the bottom up"\, is his motto.\n\n\n\nConnecting people with opportunities have been his lifelong pursuit. As an ordain deacon with his church\, Richard knows very well what it means to help a person find that connection which gives them strength to move forward.\n\n\n\nOne of Richard's greatest achievements was to see an excerpt of his teachings to his son in a poem he wrote titled "Choices" which was printed and read-aloud during one of the Black History programs at his church.\n\n\n\nRichard's passion is to create an environment that makes the client feel that the atmosphere in which they are in\, be connective and progressive toward their goals.
