Yoga @ The Falls
Join the #PopUpYoga tribe every Thursday morning at Stoney Creek (weather permitting)! Stretch your body and open your mind in the serene setting of The Falls. For beginners and even advanced yoga enthusiasts, you’ll absolutely love the tranquil setting near the waterfall in the courtyard of the Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center.
All bodies welcome!
