(Leadership Education And Development) Independence aims to provide a network of informed leaders with a commitment to the continued growth and development of our City. L.E.A.D. Independence provides a road map for successful community development through interaction with key community leaders and the issues that make Independence distinctive.

We meet 8:45am-5pm the 3rd Thursday each month September-May. It is IMPERATIVE to the program that each participant attends all days for the FULL day. How will you arrange your work to be able to attend each day? *
