2020 Stockings of Hope
It’s just barely “the” season, but we’re already busy making plans to bring a little hope and joy to children and families this winter. Gather your co-workers, family or friends and join us in giving back to support families this holiday season!
Due to the on-going pandemic that has affected us all in so many ways this year, CAPA's annual Stockings of Hope program looks a little different in 2020.
This year has been especially tough for children and families in our community, but CAPA knows that families are able to do their best when they feel supported!
This year, “hope” means a way for families to positively connect and enjoy some stress-free time together. This holiday season, help us reach our goal of collecting 175 baskets filled with items that support “family time” and show the children and families we serve in our prevention and counseling programs that we care.
Download the flyer on our website for all the details (https://capacares.org/stockings-of-hope-2) including what items should fill each basket. Email mcampbell@capacares.org to sign-up, and we will be in touch to schedule an appointment time for you to drop off your donation December 1st - 3rd at CAPA Independence (501 E 23rd St S) safely and within current social distancing guidelines.
