Eclairs de la Lune - Bakery Soft Opening

Please visit us Friday, June 18, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., for our soft opening introduction to The Historic Independence Square. Our cases are being stocked with yummy baked goods and treats for you to enjoy. Harry S Truman wasn't wrong when he said, "The only thing better than cake is more cake," but just to make sure, we'll also be serving is favorite dessert, Bess Truman's Ozark Pudding! Rochester Drip Coffee and Cold Brew, Tea Biotics kombucha and Polly's Pop will be featured alongside our many flavors of cream puffs and eclairs, jumbo cookies, cakes by the slice, a pleasant spin on Twinkies, dipped Oreos, and we'll even have samples of our Freeze-Dried candies and fresh marshmallows. Beat the heat with ice cream sandwiches or edible cookie dough. Shop our apparel, aprons and tea towels, and the best honey around while you're here, or make paniers-cadeaux (gift basket) to share.
