You never know when someone is going to need help!  At this free, “Hands Only” CPR training, you'll learn how and when to give CPR. Practice how to assess, call for help, and how to give compressions only on a CPR manikin.
CPR can mean the difference between life and death for someone you love.

Most people who experience cardiac arrest at home, work, or in public die because they don’t receive immediate CPR from someone on the scene.
No mouth-to-mouth breathing is needed.
