Masquareade Piccadilly Auction Fundraiser Gala

The Independence Square will unveil its first premiere inaugural Piccadilly Auction/Fundraiser event on the Square on Thursday, October 22nd, 2015, from 6-9pm.  The Gala will support the on going work of our business organization and continuous revitalization efforts that keep our historic downtown Square alive and thriving.  During the event you will enjoy a hauntingly scrumptious dinner from one of our fabulous restaurants, live Piccadilly style auction, fabulous door prizes, raffles, mask contest, and a whole lot of fun!  Our theme is masquerade, we are encouraging guests to wear their favorite masquerade mask and attire if desired.   Attendee’s will be voting “live” for their favorite mask during the evening, prizes will be awarded for everyone’s favorite.


*What is a Piccadilly Auction? It is an interactive live auction that gives everyone an opportunity to win big prizes for a very minimal amount.  Attendees will be given a bid paddle. Each live auction item is given a bid value ranging from $.25 to $3.00. If you wish to bid, simply toss the correct amount in the center bucket and hold up your bid paddle to show that you are “in”. If your number is drawn, then you have won! If a number is drawn but you have not opted to bid, then another number is drawn until a winner is reached.
