Midwest Genealogy Center's Spring Seminar 2018: Mapping Your Family History
Join Midwest Genealogy Center for this year's Spring Seminar, a day-long event featuring speakers Ruth Ann Hager and Patti Hobbs, at Stoney Creek Hotel Conference Center (18011 Bass Pro Drive, Independence, MO 64055). Ruth Ann Hager will present two lectures, "Finding the First Landowner Using Family Maps, Historygeo, and Texas Land Survey Maps", and "Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies and Navies in the Civil War". Patti Hobbs will give two lectures on DNA testing, including "Autosomal DNA: Testing for All Genealogical Lines", and "Autosomal DNA Data: Working the Results". Early Bird Registration Fee $55 until February 15th. Registration fee after February 15th is $65 and includes a buffet lunch. Registration is required through Eventbrite and seating is limited.
