We Honor Veterans provides hospice care services for our country's Veterans and supports the family through bereavement services, special recognition ceremonies and assistance locating lost medals.

VNA Home Health & Hospice works hard each day to support patients and families in Kansas City and surrounding rural communities who need skilled nursing care, rehabilitation therapies and hospice services.
