Seminar: Thinking Like a General Manager: Why Great Teams (and Companies) Focus on Talent, Culture and Process
High performing enterprises, whether they’re for profit or not for profit, are reliant on three ingredients: abilities and attitudes of the players (talent), the playbook (process) and the resulting chemistry of the team (culture). This fast paced hour will explore invaluable techniques to improve your “roster,” improve daily execution of the game plan, and make your company first choice of clients and current and future talent. Gary Abram will share proven lessons learned on the diamond, board room and entrepreneurship.
Speaker: Gary Abram
