1) In November, Missouri voters passed Proposition A, a significant ballot measure that will increase the state’s minimum wage to $15 an hour by 2026. Proposition A also requires employers to provide paid sick leave to employees.

You'll hear from John Marino, a St. Louis-based attorney with McMahon Berger, as he breaks down the key provisions of Proposition A. John will discuss employer responsibilities and explain how the new law will affect workplace policies. Kara Corches, president and CEO of the Missouri Chamber, will provide an update on efforts to overturn Proposition A via the courts and the Missouri General Assembly.

The webinar will also include the opportunity for attendees to ask questions.
