DAVID EVANS BIO:
David Evans is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the City of Kansas City, Missouri, with over three decades of successful experience in the Information Technology Industry. He is a member of the Regional Cybersecurity Forum, and the Digital Government Advisory Board for the State of Missouri. He is the Technical Lead for Google Fiber KC, Smart City KC, KC Streetcar and the SantaCaliGon Days Festival. David has been recognized in industry publications and featured on national radio for his specialized Cybersecurity skills and strategies. As CIO for a highly technological City, Cybersecurity is his key focus and concern.
