Youth Care Supervisor
Summary: Responsibilities include but are not limited to active involvement in program development, ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively, provide direct supervision, and support to Youth Care Specialist staff, and ensure youth service/treatment plan objectives are implemented and documented in timely manner, and coordinate and manage the YCS staff scheduling.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training. Supervisory experience is preferred. Must have a strong desire to work with adolescents, a clean driving record, and ability to pass a federal criminal background fingerprinting check, drug screen, and be at least 21 years of age. The Youth Care Specialist Supervisor will provide supervision and leadership at the male group living facility and serve as a member of the administrative team.
